What we collect

• Your email address — to deliver your license key, send your receipt, and provide support.
• Payment details — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under PCI standards.
• License records — your license key, plan, and purchase date, tied to your email, so we can verify and re-send your key.
• Basic technical data — standard server/CDN logs (e.g., IP, browser) from our hosting provider for security and reliability.

What we do NOT collect

GigaBrain is local-first. Your terminals, code, projects, prompts, files, and agent activity stay on your own machine. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your in-app content.

How we use your information

• To deliver and activate your license and provide customer support.
• To process your payment and issue receipts.
• To send essential transactional emails (your license key, purchase confirmation). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run our service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your license and support emails.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and the license service.

Data retention

We keep your email and license records for as long as your license is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time (subject to records we must keep by law).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email gigabrain@backboneservices.co and we'll respond promptly.

Security

Payments run through Stripe; license keys are cryptographically signed; and we apply reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Cookies

Our marketing site uses minimal cookies and no third-party advertising trackers.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
