Your purchase grants you a perpetual ("lifetime") license to install and use GigaBrain for personal or business use, including future updates we release for it. The license is bound to the email you purchased with. Keep your license key private — it identifies your purchase.
GigaBrain is a one-time payment of $149 USD, processed securely by Stripe. We may change pricing for future purchases; your completed purchase is not affected.
Your license key is emailed to your purchase address immediately after payment, and you download the app from our website. If your key doesn't arrive, check spam or email us and we'll re-send it.
All sales are final. Because GigaBrain is a digital product delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy. If you have trouble activating, contact us and we'll help.
GigaBrain runs CLI agents and tools that you install, configure, and supply credentials for. You are responsible for your use of those tools, any third-party API keys you provide, and the content you create with them. GigaBrain is local-first and runs on your machine.
GigaBrain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigaBrain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may suspend or revoke a license that is shared, resold, or abused, or that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
